3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Share photos or videos (if applicable)

We’ll assess your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection. If the product is confirmed to be faulty and is within warranty, we will:

• Repair the item free of charge, or
• Replace it with a new or equivalent model, or
• Offer a refund if repair/replacement is not possible

4. Return Shipping

• Within 30 days of delivery: We cover return postage for confirmed faults.
• After 30 days: You may be responsible for shipping the item back unless covered by the manufacturer.
