1. Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, in original condition, and with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Promotional items: Any free items or promotional products included with the package must also be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Open box, used, or damaged goods (unless defective)
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. Refunds

7. Open Box Return
- We don’t accept returns under open box condition.
- If a customer wishes to return an open-box product, a restocking fee will apply and the customer will receive a refund of 50% of the product value.
